AI Usage Policy

The use of AI is against our rules. This includes generating roleplay, applications, images, short descriptions, and playbys.

An exception is made, however, for grammar-checking tools (such as Grammarly), provided they do not replace phrases/letters, rewrite, or alter the original text written by the player.

When dealing with AI usage within the game, follow the guidelines below.

AI-Generated Images​

When dealing with AI usage within the game, we follow the below:

  • Reach out to the player and inform them of our policy regarding AI-generated content.
  • Kindly request that they replace the image in short desc and/or playby.
  • Add a note to the player, stating they have been talked about regarding AI image (attach ticket number too).
  • Repeated offenses may result in a Reprimand 1.

Keep in mind that many players may struggle to differenciate an AI-generated picture to an actual one. Inform them that they can always submit a ticket if they are ever unsure.

When dealing with these situations, you may encounter some players that are not particularly tech-savvy- so warnings and reprimands should be applied with care when it comes to AI-generated images.

AI-Generated Text (Applications, roleplay, weapons descriptions, materials descriptions, etc.)​

  • Reach out and give them a warning, remind them of our policy against AI generated content.
  • Note it on their account with ticket number.
  • Repeated offenses should result in a Reprimand 1.
  • Continued violations should be escalated to Reprimand 2 and then Reprimand 3.
  • If the behavior persists after multiple reprimands, we may issue a temporary ban.
